Welcome to Wyrmskin's Terms of Service. By commissioning artwork, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure clarity and protect both Wyrmskin "the artist" and you "the client."
2. Scope of Services

Artistic Content: The artist offers custom artwork, including but not limited to self-portraits, portraits of consenting third parties, and other creative pieces. All commissioned work must comply with Canadian laws and regulations.

Legal Compliance: The artist will not create content that is illegal or considered obscene under Canadian law. This includes, but is not limited to, depictions involving minors in sexual contexts, non-consensual acts, or any form of hate speech.
3. Client Responsibilities

Consent: Clients commissioning portraits of third parties must obtain explicit consent from those individuals. The artist reserves the right to request proof of such consent.

Content Restrictions: Clients must not request artwork that involves illegal activities, obscene content, or any subject matter prohibited by Canadian law.
4. Payment and Refunds

Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change based on the complexity and nature of the commission.

Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required upfront. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork.

Refund Policy: Refunds are not available once the final artwork has been delivered, except in cases where the artist is unable to complete the commission.
5. Copyright and Usage Rights

Artist's Rights: The artist retains all copyright and moral rights to the commissioned artwork, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Client's Usage: Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the artwork for personal purposes. Commercial use, reproduction, or distribution requires a separate agreement and may incur additional fees.
6. Revisions and Alterations
